Planning & Design

Building approvals and council submissions (if applicable)

Interior & Exterior Selections

Construction & Project Management

This is where our experience shines.
Once plans are finalised and selections approved, our construction team and dedicated project manager take over. You’ll receive regular updates and clear communication from start to finish, so you can relax knowing everything’s under control.

Trade scheduling & supervision
Construction, installation & quality assurance
Budget tracking and variation management
Weekly updates, photos, and walk-throughs (as needed)

We assess feasibility onsite, identify constraints, and confirm next steps.
This is not a quote or design session.

3) Preliminary Estimate (Indicative Only)
A feasibility range to confirm alignment before detailed planning.

4) Paid Planning & Feasibility $5,995 incl. GST
We lock in scope and layouts, complete selections, obtain supplier/trade pricing, and prepare a detailed proposal ready for a building agreement.

5) Approved Delivery Path
Based on planning, your project proceeds into the right outcome:
