This consultation is a $595 investment – fully credited back if you proceed when proceeding with your project.

Ready to build? We provide the technical documentation your builder or certifier will need:

• Working drawings & elevations
• Engineering coordination (where applicable)

• Council approvals (optional add-on)

We also offer access to our preferred consultants, including engineers, private certifiers, and trades.
